Quietening the mind and returning to our true self is a key concept of Reiki. When still and not bogged down with a chattering mind, we receive the following benefits: –

How it works
- Book monthly or receive a discount if paying for a full year
- Upon payment, you will receive a link an hour before the scheduled online Reiki share – Please ensure you follow the instructions in your confirmation of payment.
- You do not have to appear on camera
- Should you want to ask questions, you will need a microphone
- As Amanda is not teaching Reiki, it is preferable that you are attuned to Reiki and know how to meditate with Reiki and how to use it
- Each session will begin with Q&A then proceed with a 15 minute silence exercise and end with another Q&A
